Mocajete Armadillo Bowl @ Taco Jalisco in Truckee, CA. One of the best things we've ever eaten...words cannot describe. We were fortunate enough to stumble on it. For the next week, the first words from every local we met was to hit this place. The RV didn't smell like vanilla fields the night we ate this at Donner Ski Ranch but it sure was tasty. Thanks John! If you go to Reno and you get hungry and you're not watching your weight and you're not a pansy then go to the Nugget (on the strip) and order the Awful Awful Burger. It's awfully good!
$.50 wings (buffalo, teriyaki, & parmesan garlic) on Fridays @ Crest Cafe- end of the access road at Alpine Meadows. Plus $1.50 pints of PBR! T's Mesquite Rotisserie in Incline Village, NV. This place was super cheap and the food was excellent! Service- just how we like it... Place your order and pay at the front, they call your name when food is ready, eat/drink, then leave. Delicious and fast! The Snooze eating delicious tacos at T's Mesquite Rotisserie...Yum!
More rotisserie: 1/2 & 1/2 combo. Sometimes we eat veggies too Tudor Pub, S Lake Tahoe. Happy Hr- 4 tapas for $14. The bartender wasn't lying when she said EVERYTHING is good. Clockwise: Calamari, Ribs, Mushrooms, Ceviche Coco w/ her Double Doubles. No west coast trip would be complete without a stop @ In N Out
