There was no way to top the 2009-2010 ski season. I rode 85 days on 63 different mountains spanning from New England to Arizona. It was a truly epic winter capped by the Ultimate Ski/Snowboard Adventure known as 100 Days of Winter. I traveled to most of the ski towns of the West living out of an RV and my car. Powder to my shins, parties that lasted all night, and getting to hang with my best friends.
How do you beat a season like that?
The answer is you don’t. At least not this year. This season I’m tossing everything it all up into the air and seeing where I land. This is my personal blog of one ski bum’s winter. I have no idea where I’ll go, where I will ride, or what adventures are waiting on the hill. I do know this:
1. I will ride.
2. I will find powder.
3. I’m not leaving the Rockies.
Long Live Winter.
