Deals of the Week: 1/1 – 1/7

Now that we’ve got Christmas week put to bed, it’s time to get back to saving cash on tickets.  Lots of weekly programs return or kick off in the first week of January.  We’ve got some of our favorites listed below.

Friday, Jan 2:  Shell 2 for 1 program begins.  Fill up your gas tank and get a voucher redeemable at 28 resorts in the Northwest.  Twofer deals are scarce in the West, so this will probably be your best chance to save some cash.  Check our West Coast calendar for days and mountains.

Sat&Sun, Jan 3-4 @ Waterville, NH:  $30 lift tickets and free rentals for college students when you show up in a zipcar.

Sunday, Jan 4 @ Mad River Glen, VT:  Ski it if you can all afternoon for only $35.  This deal lasts until the end of the season.

Sunday, Jan 4 @ Northstar-at-Tahoe, CA:  Get a $25 pre-purchased lift ticket to benefit local schools. You have to pick it up at a local Porters sports store.

Monday, Jan 5 @ Waterville Valley, NH:  Twofer Mondays start up at Waterville Valley…and your chance to spin the infamous Wheel of Deals.

Tuesday, Jan 6 @ Hoodoo Mountain, OR:  Tightwad Tuesday starts up this week.  $19 to ride all day.

Tuesday, Jan 6 @ Bromley, VT:  Get a lift ticket and and a sit down lunch for $39.
