  • Military Days – In recognition of their dedication and service to our country, we honor the Military men and women whose commitment is strong, whose sacrifices are many, and whose perseverance is immeasurable.In addition to our normal weekday discounts for active military members and their families, once a month we offer FREE lift tickets to active duty service men and women, as well as additional discounts to their dependants.   • First Responder Days – If you are an active member of the police force, a firefighter, or EMS personnel, Bryce wants to reward you for your service to the community.  A First Responder’s job often involves serious personal risk and we appreciate the extreme measures taken to protect, rescue, and save lives.  Once a month Bryce offers FREE mid-week lift tickets to First Responders, as well as discounts to their dependants.  Just present your relevant ID at the ticket window and enjoy a day on the slopes at Bryce.   • Shenandoah County Honor Roll Student Days – Bryce Resort recognizes that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders, and we want to reward those individuals who go the extra mile, who work hard in school, and whose grades reflect academic commitment. Shenandoah County students who make the Honor Roll will get one FREE lift pass.  Just provide your school’s acknowledgement of 2009/2010 Honor Roll status at the ticket window and get a free lift pass on any non-holiday* Monday thru Thursday.  Teacher workdays and snowdays, in addition to night skiing hours on Tuesdays thru Thursdays, are the perfect opportunities to take advantage of your lift ticket award.

Canaan Valley

  • Food Bank Mondays — Bring a non-perishable food item and receive a lift ticket for $15.00.
  • BOGO Wednesday — Buy one ski lift ticket, receive one of equal or lesser value free.
  • Heros Day Thursday — Half price lift tickets and rentals for all military, firefighters, EMS, or police officers with valid ID.
  • College Fridays — College students (with valid ID) receive half price lift tickets and rental equipment for the day.
  • Snow Days — When school is cancelled due to snow conditions – hit the slopes at Canaan Valley Resort. All students, faculty, and parents will receive a lift ticket and ski rental for just $18.00. Snowboard rental (additional charge).


  • College Student Appreciation Days – Ski $18 a day. College students can ski, board and party Timberline at huge savings more days then ever this season! There are deep discounts on day trips, December 9-25, 2010 ($18 per day lift, $13 per day ski rental, every Thursday all season and every day from January 1-15, 2011 and February 20 to March 27, 2011
