It’s Locals Week at Sugarloaf in Maine from December 5th thru December 9, 2011. What does that mean? How about free lift tickets for local residents? Check. Free ski rentals? Check.
Locals Week 12/5/11 – 12/9/11
Sugarloaf is Maine’s mountain and we’re proving it by offering FREE lift tickets and rentals for local residents all week long from the following towns: Carrabassett Valley, Farmington, Freeman, Kingfield, New Portland, New Vineyard, Phillips, Rangeley, Stratton, Eustis, and Strong. Valid ID required as proof of residency.
Not from the above towns, but still boast a Maine driver’s license? Then hold out until Sunday, December 11th, for “Maine Day” and the rare $29 weekend lift ticket.
Maine Ski Day presented by The Bank of Maine 12/11/11
Sugarloaf and Sunday River have proudly partnered with The Bank of Maine to offer a day of skiing and learning to all Maine residents. The Maine Ski Day, on December 11, will give Maine residents access to discounted tickets, rentals and learn to ski or ride packages. Just show proof of Maine residency at the ticket window and receive a $29 ticket, $20 rental or a $39 learn to ski or ride package (includes ticket, equipment rental and lesson (lesson for ages 7+)). It’s winter in Maine – get out and enjoy it!
