Purgatory at Durango

  • Locals Days - Dec 20, 2009; Jan 10, Feb 7, Mar 7, 2010; Discounted lift tickets will be available for purchase with a coupon from the Durango Telegraph. Locals Day ticket prices are $39 for adults and $25 for kids, and a 4-punch card is available for only $99. Portions of the proceeds to benefit both KSUT and each day’s second charity, scheduled as follows:

Sunlight

  • LaFarge Skier Appreciation Day- January 8th. $15 Lift Tickets and free lessons sponsored by Williams all day! The theme this year is Superheroes, so wear your favorite superhero outfit and be a superhero for the 21 local charities that United Way will donate the ticket proceeds to. All ticket sales proceeds go to the United Way that supports 10 non-profit organizations in Garfield County.
  • Teacher and Student Appreciation Day- January 10th. We made a day just for teachers and students! Students in the local area can ski for $15 and teachers ski for FREE! Coupons will be delivered to RE-1 and RE-2 schools for distribution by Thursday January 7th.
  • Melanoma Awareness Day- March 6th – On Saturday March 6th, Sunlight Mountain Resort will host Melanoma Awareness Day . Sunlight will match donations of $20 or more to the MRF with a complimentary 2010/11 Adult Lift Ticket. Each donation of at least $20 will be given a ticket and only one ticket is allowed per donation.

Winter Park
